Multi-Tech Wood Processor Gets Back to Work with TS Performance

When your equipment goes down, getting it back to work is the #1 priority.

That was the situation with this Multi-Tech Wood Processor powered by a John Deere 4.5L Power Plant. The customer was having issues after the emissions system was shut down, leaving the machine unable to operate as it needed to for their business.

They gave us a call, and we got to work. Normally, our customers will ship us their computer, but for this off-road equipment job, we were able to come to them from within a short commute distance and work on location and get them a new custom fabbed exhaust.

The TS Performance Solution

For this project, we removed the DPF and addressed the off-road equipment's emissions system with a solution specific to the application.

But we didn't stop there.

Once the DPF was removed, our team built a new custom-fabricated exhaust system for the Multi-Tech Wood Processor.

The goal was to build an exhaust setup that fit the equipment and the application while giving the customer a finished system that was ready to get back to work.

Custom Fabrication, Built for the Equipment

Every machine has its own layout, space limitations, exhaust routing, and application.

For this Multi-Tech Wood Processor, our team fabricated a new exhaust system specifically for the machine, giving the customer a complete setup rather than simply removing components and sending the equipment out the door.

Back Up & Running

The end result?

The Multi-Tech Wood Processor is back up and going.

The customer got their machine back to work and put it back to use instead of having it sitting down because of emissions-related issues.
