Refund Policy

Any TS Performance product that is returned in new and unopened packaging within 10 days of recieving is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any product that has been opened and/or installed is nonrefundable. If there is any manufacturer defect that causes the product to not operate in the way it was intended, the product can be shipped to TS Performance to be tested. When shipping the product, we request the customer fill out a RMA request under warranty and returns. Upon testing, the return department will decide what is causing the customer to have problems with the product and what steps are needed to correct the problem. Any part that is found to be at fault will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer.
If it is determined the product was damaged because of improper installation or misuse, the warranty will be void.
