Please print off the form and fill out the required information and place the form in the package with your product before shipment. If you do not have access to a printer, you can reference the form and write your contact and product information on a eligible note instead.

Reprogramming Fee Notice
If your TS Performance chip requires reprogramming or reflashing, a $200 reprogramming fee will apply. This fee covers inspection, updating, and reloading the chip with the correct programming for your vehicle.
This fee commonly applies to used chips, vehicle changes, or programming updates.
Reprogram & Return Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping costs when sending products to TS Performance for reprogramming or return. TS Performance does not supply return labels or reimburse shipping expenses for inbound shipments. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
