👉What is the Orion Reflash System?
The Orion Reflash System from Power Hungry Performance is TS's newest flash-tuning solution that we offer for International Medium Duty trucks. It allows you to safely reprogram your truck's ECM using proven calibrations designed to improve horsepower, torque, throttle response, and overall drivability - without needing to remove or replace the ECM.
👉How is it different from traditional tuning modules?
Unlike plug-in modules that adjust signals in real time, Orion directly reflashes the ECM with a custom tune. This gives you deeper control over engine parameters while maintaining the reliability you expect from TS' decades of diesel experience.
👉What vehicles does the Orion Reflash System support?
The Orion Reflash System for Navistar® has been developed to help improve the performance, drivability, and economy of the 1998 – 2006 model year Navistar® equipped vehicles. This includes the 3000 Series (School Buses) and the 4000 Series (Single Cab and Crew Cab Trucks). With power increases approaching as much as 100 HP over a stock configuration †, you will be able to achieve the performance, acceleration, and fuel economy you need.
